How to fry onion rings

1, practice 1:

Drag onion rings into the egg mixture one by one, and then wrap them with bread crumbs.

Put oil in the pot and burn it to 60% heat. After switching to medium heat, put onion rings in the pot and fry them one by one.

Fry until golden brown, take out, drain the oil, and repack.

Serve with tomato sauce.

2. Exercise 2:

Ingredients: one onion, one egg, proper amount of bread crumbs, and a little flour.

Cut off the top and bottom of the onion, and then cut it into onion rings. Beat the eggs well and set aside.

Put onion rings in the pot, add a little dry flour and shake well so that all onion rings are evenly covered with a layer of dry flour.

Heat the oil in the pot (the amount of oil can be a little more), soak the onion rings evenly in the egg mixture, and then wrap them with a layer of residue.

When the oil temperature is 60% hot, change to medium heat and fry onion rings into golden brown.

3. Exercise 3:

Ingredients: half an onion, an egg, a portion of flour and some bread crumbs.

First cut the onion into onion rings.

Then treat each circle of onions separately. Put onion rings in a bowl and set aside.

Add proper amount of flour to the bowl filled with onion rings, so that the onion rings are evenly covered with white flour.

Beat an egg in an empty bowl and break it up. Prepare an empty bowl with bread crumbs in it.

Hot oil from the pot, the amount of oil can be appropriately more.

When the oil is hot, we take an onion ring, dip it in eggs first, then bread crumbs, and then fry it in oil. Fry until both sides are golden, and then serve.

In the end, it will make a full plate and sprinkle a little chopped green onion as an ornament, which will be more perfect and look more appetizing.
