Solution: further speed up vehicle renewal, vigorously develop medium and high-grade, large-capacity, low-energy and environment-friendly LNG-powered public transport vehicles, and provide more comfortable riding environment for the masses. Solution:

4. The poor internal and external environment, coupled with the public welfare of the bus industry, the service and pricing should consider the affordability of ordinary people, which makes the bus operation lose money seriously. Especially in the case of relatively tight financial resources, the government often regards public transport enterprises as microeconomic entities and market operators, and unilaterally emphasizes the latter in dealing with the relationship between public welfare and profitability, requiring them to operate independently and be responsible for their own profits and losses, resulting in a serious shortage of investment in public transport construction and a lot of historical debts.

Judging from the current situation, this situation still exists in bus companies in our city to varying degrees. Under the traditional planned economy system, microeconomic subjects have strong equality, dependence and important concepts, which can not well adapt to the development requirements of market economy. They actively use the means of asset management and capital management to break the bottleneck of development through reform. In the absence of government financial support and policy support, enterprises have fallen into serious loss-making operations. Suggestions on further promoting the construction of urban public transport in our city

Urban public transport is the window of the city, the dynamic image project of the city, and the basic and leading industry in the process of urban construction and development, which plays a positive role in promoting urban economic development and improving the degree of urban civilization. We must stand at the height of practicing Theory of Three Represents, and regard the construction of urban public transport as a practical project for the people. To this end, we suggest:
