Correct method of push-ups with both hands

1, feet shoulder width apart, palms against the wall. The elbow is basically as high and as wide as the shoulder. Forearms parallel, fingers spread on the wall. The middle finger, wrist and elbow are in a straight line. Press your forehead gently against the wall and relax.

2. Push your chest against the wall with your elbow to the thoracic vertebra in the middle of the scapula, feeling that your body is very elastic and backward.

3. Keep the scapula stable. Put your fingers against the wall and keep your elbows away from the wall. You can stay here for a few seconds or even a minute or two. Elbows are deliberately tucked in to avoid abduction.

4. Continue to push the wall with your fingers, keep your shoulders and elbows stable, and slowly straighten your arms until your arms are straight.
