Over the past two years, the dream plus has opened more than ten joint office space in Beijing, in which in addition to the usual trade projects, there are also urban renewal, the old business upgrading projects. What you and I have seen is that the co-working business has further broadened the scope of public space: people measure the idea of "coming to work here" into large bazaars, wholesale shopping malls, cultural and performing arts districts and even residential areas, and the mobility of the area is further strengthened.

1. Yuegang | Empty Dreams Plus Space
Project Completion: January 2017
Before Reform: 3rd floor of Yabao Mall, Chaowai Market Street, Beijing (formerly a foreign trade dress wholesaler town)
Reform Area: 3,481 sqm
"Yuegang Empty Dreams Plus Space" is an urban regeneration project of Empty Dreams Plus in collaboration with Chaowai MEN. According to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Growth Planning Program adopted in 2015, the dress wholesale market in the Yabao business district will be retired and high-end properties such as cultural creativity and high-end dress planning will be introduced.
Yuegang Dream Plus Space is the first trade industry upgrade project in the business district, which will provide the basic office office work for the high-end property projects to move in.
Before the space reform, it was the third floor of Yabao Mall, planning for the wholesale business of foreign trade dresses, and after the reform, it was transformed into a joint office space with a construction area of 3,481 square meters, which can accommodate 600 people.

2. Changying Yizhan Space
Project Completion: October 2016
Before Reform: 4th Floor of Beijing Longhu Changping Tianjie Future Time Office Building
Area of Reform: 2,100 Square Meters
The "Changying Yizhan Space" is a joint reform project of Dream Plus and Beijing Longhu to help the reform project. Longfor Group started to test the water of co-working in 2016, and the Beijing branch, in cooperation with Empty Dreams Plus, opened its first co-working space in its trade complex "Changying Tianjie". Differing from traditional offices and other co-working brands, Yizhan Space is a co-working space located in a trade complex, integrating office, retail, catering, entertainment, leisure, experience, exhibition, socializing and comprehensive services, providing a composite living experience for the residents in the surrounding area.
Before the space was reformed, it was the fourth floor of the future office building of Changyin Tianjie, planning traditional office business, and after the reform, it was transformed into a joint office space, with a construction area of 2,100 square meters, which can accommodate more than 300 people.

3. Shoukai Songyuuli | Empty Dreams Plus Space
Project Completion: March 2017
Before the reform: Building 37, Songyu Dongli, Beijing (formerly a vegetable market and chess room)
Project Area: 2,300 sqm
Shoukai Songyuuli Space is the project of Empty Dreams Plus in cooperation with Shoukai Group. The area around Songyuli is an old residential area from the 1990s, and there is no decent office park in the surrounding area. The project hopes to carry out an "urban renaissance" of the area, and through the introduction of the co-working offices that have emerged over the past few years, it will allow the residents in the surrounding area to enjoy a contemporary and peaceful office life, and activate the vitality of the old urban area.
Before the space was reformed, it was an old building in Songyu Dongli, with a vegetable market on the first floor and a chess room and cyber cafe on the second floor, with a total area of 2,300 square meters. After the reform, the space was connected to office space, while the first-floor patio and second-floor terrace were added to allow office tenants to work in the open air and hold events.

4.Tianqiao Art + | Empty Dreams Plus Space
Project Estimated Completion Date: March 2017
Before Reform: No. 47, Fuchang Street, Beijing (Formerly a Guest House)
Reform Area: 1,570 sqm
The Tianqiao Art + Empty Dreams Plus Space is the result of a joint effort between Empty Dreams Plus and the Tianqiao Shengshi Investment Group, Tianqiao Shengshi's business space including theaters, cinemas, offices, clubs, retailers, etc., and the burden of Tianqiao Performing Arts Zone to open up the configuration of the task. The significance of this project lies in enriching the industry of Tianqiao Performing Arts District, attracting theater troupes and performing arts companies to move in, thus launching the growth and prosperity of the entire performing arts district.
The space was a guest house at the west gate of the Tianqiao Theater before the reform, and after the reform, it is a joint office space, focusing on small offices that can be utilized in a mobile manner, which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and performance groups, in line with the characteristics of Tianqiao area's folk culture and performing arts and theater.
