What is the automobile electronic control system?
Automotive electronic control system generally consists of three parts in hardware structure: sensor, electronic control unit (ECU) and actuator.
When the car is running, each sensor constantly detects the working condition information of the car and transmits the information to ECU in real time through the input interface.
After receiving this information, ECU makes corresponding decisions and processes according to the internal pre-written control program, and outputs control signals to the corresponding actuators through its output interface. After receiving the control signal, the actuator performs corresponding actions to achieve certain predetermined functions.
Engine electronic control system
Engine Electronic Control System (EECS) is to electronically control the ignition, fuel injection, air-fuel ratio and exhaust emission of the engine, so as to make the engine work in the best working condition, thus achieving the purpose of improving its vehicle performance, saving energy and reducing exhaust emission.
Electronically controlled ignition device
The electronic ignition device consists of microprocessor, sensor, its interface and actuator. The device calculates and judges according to the engine parameters measured by the sensor, and then adjusts the ignition time, so that the engine can work at the best ignition advance angle under the conditions of different rotational speeds and air intake, so that the engine can output maximum power and torque, reduce fuel consumption and emissions, save fuel and reduce air pollution.
Electronically controlled fuel injection
Electronically controlled fuel injection (EFI) has gradually replaced mechanical or electromechanical hybrid fuel injection system with its superior performance. When the engine is working, the device compares and judges the air flow, intake temperature, engine speed, working temperature and other parameters measured by each sensor with the fuel supply control parameters pre-stored in the memory under the optimal working conditions, and adjusts the fuel supply in time to ensure that the engine always works in the optimal state, thus improving the comprehensive performance of the engine under the condition of outputting certain power.
Exhaust gas recirculation control
Exhaust gas recirculation control system (EGR) is used to reduce exhaust emissions.
