Specifically, the basic training of Shaolin Wushu legwork includes the following: leg pressing, splitting, kicking trees, kicking wall targets and sandbags. The leg press is further divided into positive leg press, side leg press, lying leg and carrying leg. 1. Positive leg press: Preparatory position: stand side by side.
