"On the revision of the Beijing Municipal Housing Rental Management Decision (Draft)" also provides for the per capita rental area, renting a complete set of residential housing, the per capita floor area shall not be less than 10 square meters, or per capita use of the area shall not be less than 7.5 square meters, than the revision of the former increased 1.5 square meters; renting a bungalow, the per capita use of the area shall not be less than 4 square meters. For "group rental housing" private partition, demolition of building structures and other issues, shall not be unauthorized changes in the main body of housing construction and load-bearing structures, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies shall not be used for rental.
