Types of benefits for union employees:

1. solatium: These festivals mainly include New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, and national festivals approved by people's governments at or above the provincial level. Grass-roots trade unions can distribute holiday condolences to each member on the above festivals. The annual total amount of each member cannot exceed 1500 yuan, 500 yuan at a time, and cannot be spent from administrative subsidies;

2. Birthday cake: For members' birthdays, trade unions can buy birthday cakes and birthday cake coupons, but the standard in solatium shall not exceed that in 200 yuan. This unit basically does it every year, and can get birthday cake coupons issued by trade unions at the beginning of the year or on the eve of birthdays;

3. Organizing cultural and sports activities: Trade unions can organize various cultural and sports activities, set certain awards, and buy special clothes when necessary, but there are clear restrictions. The cultural and sports activities organized by trade unions are mainly based on spiritual rewards, supplemented by material rewards. The reward range shall not exceed two thirds of the participants, and the per capita bonus shall not exceed 500 yuan. If there are no prizes, a small amount of souvenirs can be distributed, and the per capita value does not exceed 100 yuan. Special clothing is restricted once a year per person, and the amount cannot exceed 600 yuan;

4. Movies, cultural performances and sports competitions can be organized. Carry out spring outing and autumn outing, buy annual park tickets for members and so on.
