Tips for making bean curd in rural areas

The steps of making farm bean curd are as follows:
1. The fresh tofu just bought is open, don't cover it. Leave it outside in the natural wind for two to four days to make the tofu tighten and harden.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and dry it in a ventilated place for about half a month.
3. Until the tofu is naturally fermented to produce a mold of about one centimeter.
4. Put the salt and pepper noodles into a container and stir well.
5. Wrap a small piece of tofu in salty Chili powder, so that the surface of the tofu is evenly covered with Chili powder.
6. Then put it directly into the container, a layer of tofu and a layer of sugar, and finally pour the oil and seal it.
