The company carries out logistics distribution and warehousing business by itself, and implements warehouse leasing and logistics distribution business. There are more than 100 special trucks and other transportation equipment, and all kinds of warehouses cover an area of 20,000 square meters.

2. (Logistics) Main facilities:

Machine tools and workshops have 1.5 tons to 3 tons of gasoline and diesel forklifts and dry-charging bottle forklifts, as well as a number of dry-charging bottle forklifts dedicated to forward-moving high-shelf warehouses.

4. Warehouse type:

The advantages of this warehouse are reasonable building structure, high area utilization rate, good flood control, moisture-proof and heat insulation performance, sunshade and external platform, and large turnover space outside the warehouse, which is convenient for loading and unloading goods and entering and leaving the warehouse.

High platform aluminum alloy structure warehouse. It has a high-platform aluminum alloy warehouse with a height of 1.68 million square meters, and the available space is 6.5 meters. This type of warehouse has the advantages of good flood control and moisture resistance, large turnover space outside the warehouse, etc., and is especially suitable for storing frequent bulk commodities.

Floor-standing constant temperature warehouse. It has an 8 100 square meter floor-standing constant temperature warehouse with a usable space height of 5 meters. The building conditions of such warehouses provide preconditions for meeting the different requirements of some products in temperature control.

Aluminum alloy structure bungalow warehouse. It has a warehouse with 4700 square meters of aluminum alloy plate bungalow, and the available space is 6 meters high. This type of warehouse has the advantage of large turnover space outside the warehouse, and is especially suitable for storing bulk commodities that come in and out frequently.

Flammable goods warehouse. It has a flammable goods warehouse with an area of 1000 square meter, which can provide storage of special articles belonging to flammable dangerous goods.

Other warehouses are 3000 square meters, mostly brick and wood structures, and the area of a single warehouse is smaller than the above warehouse types, with the natural adjustment function of being warm in winter and cool in summer.

5. Warehousing system services:

Local/domestic distribution, single product/comprehensive distribution, normal temperature/cold storage distribution. There are all kinds of vehicles, including general goods, refrigeration and insulation, and special goods.

Distribution of valuables. Provide door-to-door service to ensure that the goods reach the users safely.

There is a LTL delivery every other day. For LTL transportation, the company promises that the goods will arrive and leave every other day.

6. Warehousing system services:

Room temperature/constant temperature warehouse storage, high-rise/stacking shelf storage.

Real-time inventory control. An effective cargo card registration system can know the quantity of goods in stock at any time, ensure the quality of goods, check at any time, report and adjust quality problems in time, and observe the warehouse regularly to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the warehouse do not exceed the standard.

Processing and finishing. We provide perfect processing services such as sorting and packaging change, and the logistics center also has a special packaging processing unit to meet the various requirements of customers at any time.

Order processing. Order processing is required to be timely, accurate and efficient, and the operator is promised to arrive at the site within 15 minutes after receiving the documents, and the goods can be received and delivered.

Return processing. Fully assist the consignment company to receive the return, fill in the receipt and warehouse receipt, and feed back to the consignment company in time so that the consignment company can make a return decision as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the return, the products in the unopened box can be put into storage as commodities without special instructions from the delivery company. The unopened boxes must be counted, sorted and sorted according to the instructions of the delivery company before they can be put into storage.

7. Information system services:

Design of logistics information system. Analyze customer logistics process, provide logistics system design and system consultation.

Design of warehouse management system. According to the requirements of customers for storage conditions and the characteristics of stored goods, the personalized design of warehouse management system is carried out.

Design of transportation and distribution management system. Aiming at the distribution system of large enterprises, a set of distribution order management system is specially designed to realize the generalization of document processing to meet the requirements of various customers for distribution.

Sales and supply analysis. From the customer's interests, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of conventional supply, delivery, circulation and safety inventory, and calculates the most economical warehouse rental area for customers.

Other information management requirements. Adhering to the customer-oriented service concept, we provide all-round information services: networking with customer computers through WMS and TMS systems, and setting up the company's internal LAN to realize timely feedback and control of inventory information between warehouses. The client company can connect to our local area network through telephone dial-up, so that customers can check the information of commodity inventory in real time.

8. Operation process (taking China Logistics Company as an example):

Challenge: The competition among logistics enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. How to optimize your own workflow and make full use of existing equipment and facilities to reduce costs?

2. Enterprises still charge rent according to the old warehouse leasing model, which wastes the utilization rate of warehouses and causes the loss of customers. They can improve the space utilization rate according to the actual utilization rate of the warehouse, and charge according to the actual utilization rate of the warehouse, which not only improves the utilization rate of the warehouse, but also indirectly reduces the rent and wins more customers.

3. The use efficiency of special railway lines is not high, and only a few customers choose this mode of transportation. Enterprises should actively find suitable customers to promote this special service.

4. Although the enterprise has established a relatively perfect information system, which can record a series of commodity information, warehouse status, operation process, maintenance, business contracts, etc., this system has not been fully utilized in practice, and enterprises often rely on traditional manual methods and bills for operation and information transmission. Enterprises should advocate information operation mode as soon as possible, so that every employee can use information system for management.

5. In order to improve logistics processing service, distribution processing is also an important function of logistics. As a non-pure professional third-party logistics enterprise, it should attach importance to distribution processing, take it as an important source of profit together with other services, improve the grade and level of services, and pay attention to the processing and sorting of high value-added goods to attract long-term customers.

3. In strict accordance with the requirements of warehouse management, contact the manufacturer in time for expired goods, and destroy them in time after receiving the commitment. Don't pile up in the warehouse, waste the volume of the warehouse, and don't put it with normal goods, which will give people a sense of disorder. We should prepare another warehouse so that those goods that can't be destroyed at the moment have a place to store them.
