How to Replace the External Handle of Transit Front Door

Replacement method of external handle of Transit front door:

1. Remove the door handle from the inside of the door. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove all visible screws. Pack the removed parts and remember the disassembly sequence and location. When finished, the door handle can be removed successfully.

2. To replace the lock cylinder, the protective lock sleeve must be removed. There are two screws on one side of the lock sleeve. Remove the screw, remove the lock sleeve and see the lock core.

3. Remove the fixing screw on the lock body at the lock tongue side, and then pull out the lock core. Tap one end of the lock cylinder gently with a screwdriver.
