What does a smoke sensor do?

It can detect a large amount of smoke produced in a fire and send out an alarm signal in time.

The detector is controlled by a single chip microcomputer, which can intelligently judge the smoke generated during the fire and give an alarm. The alarm adopts photoelectric smoke detector and excellent production technology, which has the advantages of stable operation, beautiful appearance, simple installation and no need of debugging. Can be widely used in hotels, shops, Internet cafes, dance halls, cafes, leisure halls, residential and other places of fire safety monitoring.

The alarm has a built-in buzzer, which will make a strong sound after the alarm. The alarm is powered by 9V laminated battery, which consumes little power and can be used continuously for more than one year.

Classification of smoke sensors:

1, ionic type

It consists of two series chambers containing Am24 1 radioactive source, field effect transistor and switching circuit. The sensitivity is relatively good, which is more suitable for places where thick black smoke is easy to produce; But there is tiny radiation, and the dominant position has been replaced by photoelectric type.

2, photoelectric type

It consists of light source, photoelectric element and electronic switch. Using the principle of light scattering to detect the smoke produced in the early stage of fire and send out alarm signals in time. According to different light sources, it can be divided into general photoelectric type, laser photoelectric type, ultraviolet photoelectric type and infrared photoelectric type.
