Inheritance and Development of Zeya's Traditional Papermaking Technology
After investigation, people of different ages have great differences in their understanding of Zeya Paper. First, people over the age of 45 account for the largest proportion of all people who know, followed by people aged 365,438+0-45, and people under the age of 65,438+08 rarely know; Second, among the people who have heard about it but don't know much about it, the proportion of people aged 18-30 is the largest, which is much larger than other age stages, while the proportion of people aged 3 1-45 is roughly the same as that of people over 45; Third, among all the people who don't know at all, the proportion of people below 18 is very different. Moreover, in the survey of occupations, it is obvious that most of them are farmers and freelancers. What I don't know is mostly students and staff. Therefore, teenagers' understanding of traditional papermaking technology is worrying, and intangible cultural education needs to be strengthened urgently.
According to statistics, it is generally believed that the lack of inheritors of Zeya papermaking technology and low economic benefits are two very important factors leading to the decline of Zeya papermaking technology. In fact, the problem of this craft itself is very serious, resulting in no successor. The three most serious problems are low economic benefit, low efficiency, low output and serious environmental pollution. In view of the problems existing in this process, 42.3% people think that government protection and investment development are the main ways to inherit and develop papermaking technology, such as protecting the existing manual workshops, establishing a demonstration base for the inheritance and display of traditional papermaking technology in China on the basis of local traditional papermaking technology, and fully displaying ancient papermaking and papermaking technology in China to the public. In addition, we can train new heirs by offering intangible cultural heritage education in schools and offering traditional paper-making technology courses as subjects of interest.
We put forward the following suggestions for the inheritance and development of Zeya Paper:
In the face of the rapid development of society, the utilization rate of all kinds of paper is very high, and the existence of each piece of paper must have its own value. If Zeya Paper improves the quality and output of paper by excessively improving the process itself, so as to achieve the purpose of market sales, then Zeya Paper's "living fossil" will exist in name only. Therefore, we think that we can only moderately improve the process, such as building factories in towns with convenient transportation, automating mass production, improving the formula, and rationally disposing of production waste; Some areas still retain the original production state. Our main purpose is the inheritance and protection of Zeya Paper.
The first is to increase publicity. Zeya papermaking has a long history, and is called the "living fossil" of papermaking in China, bearing the wisdom of the people of China. We should let more people know about Zeya Paper Mountain and traditional papermaking technology through various channels. Publicity can be divided into two series: first, it consists of production facilities such as water rafts, workshops, canals, dams and salt ponds, and various traditional production tools such as paper curtains, paper troughs, pressure rods, ropes and rolling pins. Secondly, there are a series of processes composed of papermaking technology, technical methods, technical means and folk traditional material formulas.
Secondly, the government pays more attention to protection and support. Only when the government pays attention to it and makes reasonable planning can Zeya paper technology be better inherited and developed. On the one hand, the government should keep a large number of complete workshops, then handicrafts, and then radiate them to paper shops, paper kiosks, old streets and other local paper distribution centers such as Xiong Xi, Guoxi and Ruian. On the other hand, we should combine academics, knowledge, interest and practicality, develop local tourism, give full play to our advantages and attract tourists with "living fossils". Listen to experts' opinions and apply ancient paper research to various fields, such as the restoration of ancient books and paintings. In addition, the government can formulate a series of policies to promote traditional papermaking, such as developing intangible cultural education in schools. To enhance the cultural consciousness of young people and cultivate a new generation of inheritors.
