Gold lacquer wood carving is carved from camphor wood and painted with gold, which has the characteristics of resplendence and exquisite craftsmanship. It is characterized by relief, flower carving, three-dimensional carving, smooth meridians, rich levels, exquisite carving and strong three-dimensional sense. Gold lacquer wood carving technology has been passed down to this day, and contemporary works have won many international awards. Jieyang gold lacquer wood carving is a very prosperous traditional craft in Song Dynasty. Made of camphor wood, carved figures, birds and beasts, flowers and birds, insects and fish. The Jia Yuanchun Family, a giant gold lacquer woodcarving co-produced by many artists, takes the Grand View Tower as the main body and displays the panoramic view of the Grand View Garden in four levels. There are 58 people in the pavilion, pavilion, rockery, golden window, jade sill and fish flower, with different personalities, expressions and postures, which can be called the masterpiece of Jieyang gold lacquer wood carving. Now it's hanging in the "Good World" restaurant in Kowloon. Another masterpiece of Jieyang gold lacquer wood carving, Shuangfeng Peony, is now hanging in the Japanese Embassy in China.
