Motorcycle rectifier voltage stabilizer has five wires, red is the positive wire connected to the battery, green is the negative wire connected to the battery, black is the positive wire connected to the key door, and pink and yellow are the charging wires from the generator.

Working principle of rectifier:

The rectifier is actually a silicon diode or consists of several silicon diodes. Its shape, structure and symbol are shown in figure 1. Silicon diode consists of PN junction, electrode lead and shell. Its two electrodes are connected to the P-type region, and its negative electrode is connected to the N-type region.

There are three common cooling methods for rectifiers: natural cooling, pure fan cooling, natural cooling and fan cooling. Natural cooling has no mechanical failure and high reliability; No airflow, less dust, conducive to heat dissipation; No noise and other characteristics. The capacitance is too small, the high-frequency components are transmitted too much, and the signal is suppressed.
