What is the method of mixing concrete by hand?

Method: First spread sand and pour cement on the sand. Two people mixed with shovels three times. After mixing evenly, dig a pit in the center and pour stones. Then add two-thirds of the water. Two people stir with shovels. With the mixing speed, continue to add the remaining 1/3 water, and wet mix for three times until the concrete is evenly mixed and the color is consistent.
