1. Soak soybeans in clear water for 8 hours, then take them out and put them into a soymilk machine to make soymilk.
2. Pour the beaten soybean milk into clean gauze and filter out the bean dregs.
3. Pour the filtered soybean milk into a boiling pot, bring it to a boil with high fire, skim off the floating foam, and then turn to medium-low fire for 5 minutes.
4. Prepare a clean small bowl, pour 50g white vinegar, 150 cold boiled water and a spoonful of salt, and mix well to make tofu water.
5. After the soybean milk is cooked, pour it into the plate, add a small pot of cold water and cool it to about 80-90 degrees.
6. Scoop the prepared tofu water into soybean milk and mix well. Stir the soybean milk into tofu.
7. Stop adding tofu water until there is light yellow water in the tofu, and then fire again to boil.
8. Soak the cloth in hot water, then put it in the mold, and then pour the cooked tofu into the cloth.
9. Wrap it up, cover the mold and press it with a heavy object for 20 minutes.
