The origin of yoga

Yoga originated in the Himalayan foothills of northern India. When practicing in nature, ancient Indian practitioners accidentally discovered that all kinds of animals and plants were born with methods to treat, relax, sleep or stay awake, and they could recover naturally without any treatment. Therefore, ancient Indian yogis observed, imitated and experienced animal gestures, and created a series of physical and mental exercise systems, namely postures.

After thousands of years of development, it has formed five major systems: wisdom yoga, professional yoga, hatha yoga, raja yoga yoga and Kundalini yoga.

Among them, yoga practiced in modern fitness is developed from hatha yoga.
