What is the intangible cultural heritage list?
In 2008, the names of five categories were adjusted, which are still in use today. These ten categories are folk literature, traditional music, traditional dance, traditional drama, folk art, traditional sports, entertainment and acrobatics, traditional art, traditional skills, traditional medicine and folk customs.
Each representative project has a unique project number. The Roman numerals in the numbers represent the categories to which they belong. For example, the project number of the national traditional music project Dongda Ge is "II-28".

200 1 Adoption: Kunqu Opera; Adopted in 2003: Guqin Art.

In 2009, China sericulture and silk weaving techniques, Fujian Nanyin, Nanjing Yunjin, Anhui Xuan paper, Guizhou Dong folk songs, Guangdong Cantonese opera, Gesar epic, Zhejiang Longquan celadon, Qinghai Regong art, Tibetan opera, Manas in Xinjiang, Mongolian Humai, Gansu Huaer, Xi 'an drum music, Korean folk dance, calligraphy, seal cutting and paper cutting were adopted.
