What kind of environment should bananas be grown in?

Banana planting environment:

1, Temperature: Banana is a tropical fruit tree, does not tolerate low temperature. Bananas require high temperature and high humidity, the growing temperature is 15.5?35℃, the most suitable is 24?32℃, the lowest should be lower than 15.5℃, the absolute maximum temperature should not exceed 40.5℃. Bananas fear low temperatures and should be protected from frost. The critical temperature for growth inhibition is 10°C. When it decreases to 5°C, leaves will turn yellow after freeze damage and fall to 2.5°C; the longer the low temperature lasts, the more severe the damage. In areas with winter frosts, more cold-resistant species and varieties should be selected, and south or south-east slopes should be chosen for garden construction, planted and harvested before frost. However, too high temperatures are not suitable. In dry weather, temperatures above 33°C can cause discoloration of peel tissue, and 38?42°C can lead to necrosis of petri dish tissue and dry leaves, as well as sunburn of the fruit.

2, soil: Banana has high soil requirements. Growing bananas is best done in sandy to loamy soils that are deep and richer in organic matter, while clay and sandy soils are not suitable. Clay soils are poorly aerated, poorly structured, or poorly drained, all of which are highly detrimental to root development.

3. Moisture: Bananas need a lot of water. Usually, it needs more than 100 millimeters of rainfall per month. If it is less than 50 millimeters, it belongs to the dry season. Due to the lack of water shortage, banana has an extended budding period, short fruit fingers, and low yield per unit area. Rainfall in the south is uneven, with high temperatures often accompanied by rain and low temperatures accompanied by drought. The rapid growth period of banana leaves is the time when the plant grows the largest plant growth period with the highest level. Supplying enough nutrients and water during the hot season can promote banana leaf expansion and plant growth, early germination and higher yields. Prolonged drought causes banana plants, yellow leaves, wilting and slow growth.

4, fertilization: Banana needs a lot of fertilizer when growing. It is especially sensitive to fertilizer. Nitrogen fertilizer promotes early flowering of bananas and significantly increases yield. Potash is an essential component for the synthesis of pseudostimuli and leaf fibers: bananas need the most potash, followed by nitrogen and the least phosphorus.
