National costume of Kazak people
The winter coat is a double-breasted coat, and the coat is mostly sewn with winter sheepskin. Women wear a white cloth hijab and a white cloth headscarf, which is heel-length, and the left upper end of the headscarf is decorated with ornaments.
The young woman is wearing a round hat and the roof is crowned with owl feathers. In winter, men wear sheepskin, fox skin, wolf skin coat and camel hair coat, with a belt around their waist, a sword on the right side and trousers sewn with cowhide, which is called Yue.
Kazak is a nation characterized by nomadic grassland culture, and its clothing is easy to ride. Most of its national costumes are made of sheepskin, fox skin, deer skin and wolf skin, which embodies the life characteristics of all ethnic groups in mountainous grassland.
Historically, the vast majority of Kazakhs lived a nomadic life, so their costumes have strong characteristics of grassland animal husbandry. Herdsmen mainly use the fur of livestock as raw materials for clothes. Kazakh men like to wear cotton wool clothes and trousers, and they like to use striped velvet and gabardine as materials. Choose dark colors such as black and brown. Fur coats and trousers are mainly worn in winter. The material is mainly sheepskin, but also wolf skin, fox skin or other precious animal skins. In order to get on and off the horse conveniently, the trousers are sewn into large crotch trousers with sheepskin, so they are wide, strong and durable. Shirts are mostly high-necked with embroidered edges. Shirts wear vests, short coats wear vests, and sometimes "circles" are put on them.
