What are the specialties in Suzhou, Anhui?
Anqing Hu Yumei bean paste has won the gold medal in the World Expo for a long time, but it is rarely seen in general supermarkets. There may not be a few better flavors in the local area. I don't know if it's all exported (Laodopted Mother simply killed them). The local ones are the most common pies. If this is not a snack, there are Mozi Crisp with Mailongxiang, authentic local snacks, a century-old shop. I've only seen it in other places. It seems to be from Hubei, but I still recognize Mailongxiang. Their sweet-scented osmanthus rice cakes and lard cakes are also good. In the past, Jiangmao jiaozi was really delicious, but now it tastes a little different. Other fried potstickers, fried in qianzi, are also delicious, but I won't talk about them, because they are also available in other places. In addition, there are grandma peanuts that have only come out in recent years. Although it is very famous in the local area, it is not recommended for personal reasons. Some laymen passing by can try it, but Mozi Crisp (low-sugar or sugar-free type) and bean paste are recommended, which are really not sold elsewhere.
