What does Fujian's "Four Major Constructions of Five Blessingg" mean?

Fujian's "Five Blessingg Four Constructions" refer to Fujian, Fuzhou, Fuqing, Fuding and Fuan. Fujian is a province named after the word "Fu". The so-called "Five Blessingg" is the name from Fujian Province and the names of four cities with the word "Fu" in the province.
