The first step is to screen out the units that need to study subsynchronous oscillation by "screening method", usually in the system planning stage; Secondly, on the premise of obtaining detailed and accurate parameters, the problem is further studied by using "complex torque coefficient method" or "eigenvalue analysis method" or "time domain simulation method", and possible prevention measures are put forward and checked.
