The characteristic cultures in Luquan District include Lusixian, Tongtianhe Flower Festival, Dragon Fight, Temple Fair in the County, Tumen Pass and so on.
1, deer silk string: Deer silk string originated in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, with a history of more than 640 years. It is a local traditional drama that spreads in Shijiazhuang, Luquan (Yuanlu County), Pingshan, Zhengding and Zhaoxian, also known as Xiansuo Opera, Sixian Opera and Daughter Red. Its tune is a poem popular in Zhao Yan in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties.
2. Tongtianhe Flower Festival: Luquan Tongtianhe Flower Festival is a traditional folk performance in Sanjie Village, Huolu Town, Luquan City. Luquan City is located in the south-central part of Hebei Province, and the Shiyan Highway in Luquan City is the main road running through Shanxi and Hebei provinces. Sanjie Village belongs to Huolu Town, Luquan City, and is located in the southwest of the main urban area of Luquan City.

Fighting the fire dragon: During the performance, several hemp ropes made of yellow wax were set up in the air, one end of which was tied to the pavilion and the other end was fixed to the archway decorated with cypress leaves. Small animals made of all kinds of cloth are strung on big ropes, and other small ropes are pulled in the air. Coupled with smoke and fire, it is more vivid and realistic.
4. County Temple Fair: On the day of the main temple, the living city god was carried to Nanguan and Dongguan to enjoy the sacrifice. The streets of the city are crowded with people. In the Chenghuang Temple, people who kowtow and burn incense and people who do good deeds and read Buddha come and go, bustling. During the temple fair, there are at least three performances every day, and the audience is crowded. Flower parties in nearby villages are also competing to perform at temple fairs, such as martial arts, juggling and other folk arts.
5. Tumen Pass: Tumen Pass, located in West Wuli, Luquan, is inextricably linked with the Manuscript for Sacrificing a Nephew, so Tumen Pass is the birthplace of the story.
