Minced pork

Minced beef

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Black pepper

Salt

Breadcrumbs

Eggs

Milk

Garlic

Crushed parsley

Prosciutto

How to make Italian meatloaf

Half of the minced pork and half of the minced beef, add the egg to the minced meat

Add the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan cheese, the right amount of salt and a pinch of black pepper

Add the milk according to the humidity on your hands

Add the chopped parsley and the pesto

Spread it flatly on the cling film

Add the milk to the meatloaf. p>Top with prosciutto, mozzarella and sautéed mushrooms

Roll up

Wrap in tinfoil and put in the oven
