4. Foot shooting technique. The requirements for the quality of the center in the counterattack are: excellent header technology, which is a key center technology and a symbolic feature of the traditional center. There are many ability requirements, such as physical fitness, running awareness, ball grabbing awareness, ball making technology, shooting technology and so on.

It can be seen from here that the higher requirements for the center are mainly reflected in positional warfare.
