What are the advantages and disadvantages of Max Weber's Section Hierarchy Theory

1. Rigor. The system of hierarchical structure of authority ensures the reliability of the decision-making system. In contemporary industrial societies, the hierarchical organization has developed into one of the most common forms of organization.
