Can the freight forwarder's export customs clearance invoice be inconsistent with the customer's import customs clearance invoice (unit price and amount are inconsistent)?

Under normal circumstances, the invoices for export customs declaration and import customs clearance should be the same.

However, some factories/foreign trade companies will issue more export tax rebates and the amount will be overcharged. We call it yin-yang invoice here.

Of course, this is not right. Only the wrong quantity will affect customs clearance.
