Chicken breast with black pepper
Composition:
Chicken breast, minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, salt and black pepper.
1. Wash the chicken breast and draw a flower knife. Don't cut it. Pat it with the back of the knife in turn and put it into a bowl.
