The boundaries of their responsibilities and authorities are very clear.

As investors of an enterprise, shareholders have three main powers: investment benefits, major decisions, and selection of operators.

What needs to be explained is that after a shareholder invests in an enterprise, he can no longer directly intervene and control his part of the investment in the enterprise.

When shareholders exercise their power, they must express and reflect their will and wishes through the shareholders' meeting.

The property rights of an enterprise as a legal person refer to the legal person property owned by an enterprise as an independent legal person, which can independently enjoy civil rights, bear civil liabilities, operate independently in accordance with the law, and be responsible for its own profits and losses.

It has full autonomy over the control, possession and use of these properties of the enterprise.

As a legal entity, an enterprise no longer has an administrative affiliation with government departments, nor does it have an administrative level.
