Introduction of Tianshui Croak

Tianshui croak is a traditional Han Chinese snack in Tianshui, Gansu Province, known as "the first food in Qinzhou". It is said to have originated in the Han Dynasty. It is made from a local specialty called buckwheat starch. It is famous for its flavor, spiciness, and softness.
