Baiji-Style B is a further in-depth practice on the basis of Baiji-Style A. It is composed of 17 asanas (the beginning and the end of the mountain pose are not counted), and it further improves the practitioner's physical fitness, breath control, the lightness and smoothness of the sequential connection, and ultimately improves the understanding of the energy of the breath, and the mastery of and habit of completing the tandem connection with the inherent strength of the energy of the breath. It further improves the practitioner's muscular endurance, flexibility, external and internal strength through lighter jumps, perfect backbends, upward dog, downward dog with inverted flavor, and warrior first pose with internal strength.
Bayashi B is smoother than Bayashi A in terms of throat breathing, point of gaze, and the three tucks, with deeper throat breathing and longer point of gaze movement, all of which bring the body further into a state of calmness and suppleness.
