Video tutorial on massage and lactation manipulation

Fingers are slightly flexed and unfolded naturally, and the fingertips touch the body surface, making a unilateral sliding comb action from the root of the breast to the nipple.

Action points: take the finger surface as the center and closely contact with the skin; Push hard, keep the strength uniform, and don't beat your hands.

malaxation

There are two kneading methods: finger kneading and palm kneading, and the kneading is mainly clockwise.

Finger kneading method uses the fingertip or thread surface of thumb, forefinger or middle finger to cling to the root of breast or the treatment part, and makes a circular kneading motion in the direction of nipple. It can be operated with one finger or two fingers and three fingers at the same time. Palm kneading method: fix the thenar or palm root of the palm at the breast root or treatment site, and gently knead the nipple.

4. Magic

Moxibustion is a method of touching the treated part with fingers or palms in a rhythmic circular rotation. Mainly refers to massage and palm massage.

Finger massage: the index finger, middle finger and ring finger are combined, and the finger surface is attached to the treated part, making clockwise or counterclockwise circular motion.

Palm rubbing method: Take the whole palm surface of the palm as the stressed part, the palm naturally straightens, the wrist joint slightly extends backwards, the palm is flat on the implementation part of the body surface, the elbow joint is used as the fulcrum, and the forearm actively exerts force, so that the palm makes circular or linear reciprocating motion along the wrist joint and forearm.

5. Pressing method

Pressing method is to press the functional parts of the body with fingers, palm roots or elbows, and gradually press hard and deeply. Pressing is a highly irritating technique, which is often combined with kneading to form a "pressing and kneading" composite technique.

Finger pressing method: press vertically downward with the fingertips or threaded surfaces of fingers (thumb, forefinger and middle finger). Pressing is suitable for acupoints around the breast.

Palm pressing method: press down with the root of palm, either with one palm or both palms, or with both hands overlapping. Palm pressure is often used on the back, waist and lower limbs.

Elbow pressing method: bend the elbow joint and press hard with the protruding olecranon. Elbow massage is often used in muscles such as back, buttocks and thighs.

Six-roll method

The parts of the back of the hand close to the little finger or the little finger, the ring finger and the metacarpophalangeal joint of the middle finger are attached to the treatment part of the body surface, and the back of the hand is driven to roll back and forth through the continuous compound action of wrist flexion and extension and internal and external rotation.

The rolling method has high pressure and wide contact surface, and is suitable for massaging muscles such as shoulders, hips and limbs. Soft and powerful operation, fast rolling rhythm and slow movement. When rolling, the thenar and palm are stressed and close to the treated part, and jumping friction is not allowed.

7 take measures

There are mainly two kinds of three-finger grip and four-finger grip, that is, the thumb and the three or four fingers of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger are used to exert symmetrical force to lift a certain part or acupoint and hold it tightly and loosely.

Manipulation is generally perpendicular to the muscles, one tight and one loose, gentle and powerful, both rigid and flexible, from light to heavy, even and coherent. When massaging, be careful not to suddenly exert force or lift the skin. Grip is more exciting, and it mostly acts on thicker muscles and fascia.

8 pinch method

Pinch method is divided into three-finger pinch and four-finger pinch, which refers to the method of squeezing skin relatively hard with fingertips, and is often used in head and neck, neck, back and limbs.

Three-finger pinch method: thumb against the skin, forefinger and middle finger press forward, three fingers lift the skin at the same time, and hands alternately move forward.

Limb pinch method: use the belly of thumb and the other three fingers (index finger, middle finger and ring finger) to exert force relatively, and lift the muscles to do a pinch action.
