What are paint accessories?

Auxiliary materials refer to materials that play an auxiliary role in product production. Its definition is not very strict.

First of all, for paint manufacturers, the main components of general paint are:

Film-forming substances: mainly vegetable oil (early), synthetic polymer resin, natural resin, modified oil, etc.

Filler pigments: lithopone, silicon carbide iron powder, mica powder, zinc oxide, basic copper carbonate, graphite, zinc chrome yellow, pigment red, tricyclic red, etc.

Solvent: rosin water, gasoline, turpentine, xylene, cyclohexanone or butanone, etc.

Additives: including drier, flexibilizer, emulsifier, thickener, pigment dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, anti-skinning agent, matting agent, light stabilizer, mildew inhibitor and antistatic agent.

In addition, raw tung oil or lightly polymerized tung oil is added to the icing paint; Transparent pigments and non-floating hammer additives are added into the hammer paint; Iron red, aluminum powder, graphite, iron Dan, lead chrome yellow, chromate pigment, lead pigment, organic phosphoric acid and salt phosphate pigment are added to the antirust paint.

All the above can be called auxiliary materials except "film-forming substances". Paint is a finished product.

Second, it is aimed at other industries other than paint production, such as shipbuilding, automobiles, bridges, metal structures, wood products, building maintenance enterprises, ships, auto repair enterprises and so on. All the above materials, including paint, and materials needed in paint construction are called auxiliary materials. (Paint and its solvent can also be managed separately as inflammable and explosive products).

All materials needed for paint construction are auxiliary materials.

Such as filler of coating matrix: putty, putty powder, hemp, etc. ; Solvent: such as various diluents; Brightening materials: such as wax, varnish, varnish, various protective films for painting, etc. Other materials that may be used, such as drier, glue, kraft paper, leather, plastic, cloth, adhesive tape and glue, are all auxiliary materials.

Thirdly, some shops and industrial enterprises also manage low-value consumable tools used in paint construction as accessories, such as combination pens, brushes, rollers and scrapers.
