The pickling method of authentic pickled radish;

Ingredients: 2 radishes, 1 garlic, 2 parsley, 10 millet spicy, 1 spoon chicken essence, 150ml soy sauce, 50ml soy sauce, 1 spoon sugar, 40g salt and 500ml water.

Steps:

1, white radish washed and cut into small strips.

2. Sprinkle salt, stir, and marinate 1 hour to kill the moisture of radish.

5. Then put the radish into a gauze bag.

6. Press the gauze bag with a heavy object for one night.
