The direct measurement method of motor is to directly couple the motor with the torsion meter and add an adjustable load mechanism, such as magnetic particle dynamometer or hysteresis dynamometer, as shown in the following figure. The torque and speed of the motor can be measured directly without any calculation formula. The whole system architecture includes a power analyzer, a torque controller, a dynamometer and two couplings.
