Why is it called rescue? This has to start with its birth. More than a thousand years ago, China was in the period of Five Dynasties and Ten Countries. In the late Five Dynasties, the Zhou Dynasty became stronger and stronger under the rule of Chai Rong, a famous monarch, and had the potential to unify the whole country. At that time, the biggest obstacle to the unification of Zhou Dynasty was Nantang, the most powerful of the ten countries. Anhui famous dishes. "Maodoufu" is a traditional dish in Huizhou. Because tofu is artificially fermented, its surface grows a layer of white fine hairs (white mycelium), so it is called "hairy tofu". Zhu Yuanzhang put these things together and put them in a broken pot, trying to get some water to cook in the pot. The result is a pot of miscellaneous porridge. Zhu Yuanzhang ate it in one breath, feeling sweeter than eating anything. When Zhu Yuanzhang grew up, he joined the peasant uprising army to fight against the landlords. When Liu Bang ate it, the whole people rushed to buy it, and the dog meat accumulated for three days was quickly sold out. From then on, as long as he was free, Liu Bang invited the old catfish to cross the river to eat dog meat for free. Seeing that Liu Bang could not escape, Fan Kuai hated the old catfish, so he secretly killed the old catfish and cooked it with dog meat. Unexpectedly, dog meat has become fresher. Without an old mule to carry him through the transition period, Liu Bang couldn't eat Fan Kuai's dog meat often, and his heart was very unhappy. Soon, he became the curator of Surabaya Pavilion. "Tongcheng Caixin Bar"
Tongcheng's traditional breakfast has a unique flavor, which was famous as early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties. At that time, the favorite breakfast of the residents of the ancient city was a bowl of green tea and a plate of clear cabbage. There are breakfast shops and teahouses on both sides of the county street, and the business is very prosperous. Tongcheng caixinba is very particular about its production.
