What is the refrigeration coefficient range of vapor compression refrigeration?
Vapor compression refrigeration is one of the most widely used domestic and commercial air conditioning systems, and its refrigeration coefficient is usually expressed by energy efficiency ratio (EER). EER refers to the ratio of cooling capacity to power consumption, usually expressed in British thermal units (BTU)/ watt hour. According to industry standards, the EER value of vapor compression refrigeration is between 2 and 5, of which less than 3 is an inefficient air conditioner and more than 4 is considered as an efficient air conditioner.
It should be noted that although the refrigeration coefficient is one of the important indicators to measure the performance of air conditioners, other factors need to be considered when purchasing air conditioners, such as price, energy efficiency, noise and brand reputation. At the same time, when using air conditioners, we should also control the temperature and use time reasonably to avoid energy waste and environmental pollution caused by excessive use.
