Steps

1. Put the flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, and butter together in a bread machine to form a dough.

2. Continue kneading until a film forms, then cover with plastic wrap and let rise for the first time until it doubles in size.

3. Press out the gas from the dough with your hands, knead the dough, and let it rise for 15 minutes in the middle.

4. After fermentation, use a fork to poke small holes all over.

5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds and scallions.

6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the top of the bread is golden brown.
