Braised fish: What kind of fish is better? Do I need to cut it into pieces?

From braising in soy sauce to steaming to stewing fish, I have used everything I can think of anyway. Fortunately, two people at home still like to eat fish. Although they are not tired of eating, it is feasible to eat at least two or three times a week. When braising fish, marinate it in advance before frying it. Absolutely delicious. Collect it!

I personally like salted fish, but there is no salted fish at home this season. At least my refrigerator is out of stock, because I didn't go back to my mother's house recently because of the epidemic. Generally, salted fish is prepared by my parents, so I belong to the doctrine of taking it. However, this is not important. Father and daughter like to eat fresh fish, and they are tired of stewing whole fish. I started to buy grass carp slices for stew these two days.

Braised fish pieces

Ingredients: appropriate amount of fish, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, green pepper, etc.

Specific practices:

1, clean the fish pieces, put them in a big bowl, add ginger, garlic, salt and soy sauce, and marinate them with cooking wine for more than half an hour.

2. Prepare a little green pepper and cut it into shreds or small pieces. The green pepper I used is a little spicy. There are many delicious foods, but few that are not delicious.

3. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, put the marinated fish pieces in and fry them for a while, then turn them over and continue to fry the other side after seeing the fish pieces change color. After frying both sides, add appropriate amount of boiling water.

4. After boiling, turn to low heat and slowly burn until the juice is collected. Before the juice dries, add the green pepper. When the fire is ready to collect the juice, you can pack it. Finally sprinkle with chives and serve.

Generally, I will choose grass carp slices as braised fish, or fish with skin as braised fish. Of course, it's ok to stew some marine fish, but marine fish need some sauce, so children don't like it very much. It may be because children don't like to eat food with too much seasoning, but it is precisely because of this habit that children don't like eating out, let alone take-out. My braised fish pieces are tasteless, and my husband and daughter love them!

One of the stomach and heart must be full. Therefore, the confusion and sadness of the whole world can be resisted with food!
