November sales rankings of new car makers released as top 3 lead the pack

November 2020 has just passed, most of the traditional car makers except Red Flag are not eager to announce their November sales, but the new car makers are just the opposite, scrambling to announce their sales figures for the last month, although most of them have amazing growth rates, but after all, they are only a few thousand units of the sales base, and just looking at the comparison with their own doesn't tell us too much, it seems to be more informative to rank the many new forces horizontally. A simple side-by-side ranking of the many new forces seems to be more informative.

In the sales volume that has been announced, Azure Auto still came out on top, delivering 5,291 new cars in November***, not only creating a record high for four consecutive months, but also doubling its year-on-year sales for eight consecutive months, with 1,518 deliveries of the future EC6 mentioned in particular by the official, a 71.9% increase over the previous year, and becoming the highest-selling all-electric coupe SUV at this point in time. As of the first 11 months of this year, a total of 36,721 units delivered by Azalea, a year-on-year increase of 111.1%, no matter from any point of view, Azalea is the current leader of the sales list of new car-making forces.

And followed by Ideal Motors, with sales of 4,646 units in November, also creating a monthly sales record, and cumulative sales of 26,498 units from January to November, although unlike most of the other new power brands with pure electric vehicles, the brand's only model? The Ideal ONE is currently an add-on hybrid, but given that Ideal Auto is highly overlapping with other pure-electric new power rivals in terms of both its marketing approach and main sales demographic, there's nothing wrong with comparing them together.

The third-ranked is Xiaopeng Automobile, relying on the outstanding performance of Xiaopeng P7, Xiaopeng delivered 4,222 new cars in November, a 342% year-on-year jump, with cumulative sales of 21,341 cars in the first 11 months of this year, an increase of 87% year-on-year, of which Xiaopeng P7 delivered 2,732 cars in November, a ringgit increase of 30%, and since the start of the delivery at the end of June, it has already accumulated a total delivery of 11,371 new cars, officially claimed to have created the fastest record of new power brands to break ten thousand.

After the top three sell more than 4,000 units a month, the remaining brands have a big gap, including Weimar, which sold 3,018 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 176.4 percent, and nine consecutive year-on-year increases, with cumulative sales of Weimar EX5 approaching 20,000 units in the first 11 months. Nezha Auto, on the other hand, delivered 2,122 units in November, up 92% year-on-year, and its cumulative sales in the first 11 months amounted to 13,424 units, up 44% year-on-year, of which the Nezha V, which was launched at the beginning of November, delivered 1,067 units, and has become the biggest mainstay. Zero Run's October sales, on the other hand, were 2,032 units, up 17 percent from a year earlier, but of course the brand's deliveries are still dominated by micro-electric vehicles, with Zero Run's T03?1,927 units accounting for the lion's share of the numbers.

Because of the low base, the current major new power brands have a fairly high growth, but with the increase in scale, close to the 10,000 or even 20,000 threshold, this growth may slow down quickly, and the accelerated entry of the major traditional brands into the EV market will also bring a considerable impact, the future can be what kind of performance to look forward to.
