How to make your own wine?

1. Choose fresh grapes (black grapes are better)

2. Wash the grapes and dry them in the shade (to collect moisture)

3. Prepare large bottles, preferably with a large mouth. Put the grapes into the bottle and mash them (half of the bottle is good, and you can put in rock sugar and honey as you like) and seal it,

Put it in a cool, ventilated place for storage, and let it ferment on its own. After a few days of fermentation, the wine will rise to a position where it will fill the mouth of the bottle, and then the wine will be poured out. After the wine is finished, the seeds, skins, and fermented pulp should be filtered out, which is called pomace filtration.

In the summer, when temperatures are high, the wine will be ready in 21 days; if temperatures are low (below 30 degrees), the wine can be made for a few more days. It is important to note that the longer the brewing time, the stronger the flavor of the wine; after the wine is made, the longer the wine is left, the stronger the flavor of the wine.
