Can a husband go to Singapore to get married with a Singapore hukou book?

Can be registered in Singapore.

Registration must meet the following conditions:

1. Both men and women are China citizens, holding valid China passports, and one of them has legally lived in Singapore for more than six months, which conforms to the relevant provisions of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Marriage Registration, and can register their marriage at the Embassy of China in Singapore. If one of the men and women is a foreign citizen, the embassy will not accept it.

2. To apply for marriage registration, the parties concerned must come to the museum in person and provide the following documents:

(1) unisex China passport;

(2) Permanent residence permit or work permit, employment permit and student permit in Singapore;

(3) A notarized certificate of the marital status of both men and women in China before going abroad must be certified by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China;

(4) The unmarried certificate issued by the Singapore Marriage Registry;

(5) Pre-marital health examination certificate issued by Singapore general hospital or national university hospital; If one of them is less than three months old, he can show the certificate of the pre-marital medical examination hospital designated by China;

(6) Divorced and widowed persons shall provide valid divorce certificates or spouse death certificates.

3. Both men and women need to fill in the application form for marriage registration and submit three photos of them (snapshots are not accepted).

4. Pay the marriage registration fee of S $60, and both parties will get the marriage certificate with the receipt five days later.

5. If the parties who apply for marriage conceal the facts and practise fraud, they shall bear all legal responsibilities.
