The old sewing machine always breaks the jumper. How to repair them?

Tools needed: sewing machine knife, tweezers, screwdriver.

1. Open the needle board first.

2. Observe the positional relationship between the eye of the needle and the shuttle.

3. Loosen the screw hole above the needle bar and adjust the positional relationship between the needle hole and the shuttle.

4. If the eye of the needle is too far away from the shuttle. Move the needle bar up and down so that the shape shuttle is about 0.2 cm away from the eye of the needle.

5. If the eye of the needle is too far away from the forming shuttle, move the needle bar left and right so that the eye of the needle is about 0. 1cm away from the forming shuttle.

6. After adjusting the position, tighten the screw above the needle bar to fix the needle bar.

7. Fix the needle bar, and then install the needle plate to solve the problem.
