If so, I heard that for a time, the Buddha was in Tingzi Mountain, surrounded by the public. When Ananda went to the city to beg, there was a man in the city who was filial to his adoptive parents and spent all his money. He begged for his parents, served his relatives well, and paid for his own evil. Ananda praised men for supporting their parents, which is sometimes difficult. There are six teachers and disciples, who hold the theory of evil, destroy the right law and be jealous. They said, "You are an unfilial person, because you have released your seeds and said that you are kind and have great merits. You are only in name, but you don't practice." A Yi was ashamed of his bad smell and said to the Buddha, "Are there quite filial parents in Buddhism?" Buddha said, "Who taught you to ask?" Ananda said: "Begging for food meets six disciples, and seeing the abuse, that's all." Buddha smiles and glows in five colors, reaching the ten directions. The bodhisattvas in that country said in unison, "How can there be such a light?" There is a saying among Buddhists in other countries: "There is a Buddha's name Sakyamuni in the mother world, telling the National People's Congress that it is convenient for the Buddha to give thanks, so that all beings can be filial to their adoptive parents, so it is bright." Tathagata, there are five interesting bodies in the body, and there are countless kinds of dust in one body, which is accepted by all living beings. From death, all sentient beings have been the parents of Tathagata, and Tathagata has also been the parents of all sentient beings. Therefore, it is often difficult to practice and asceticism, and it is difficult to give up. I am diligent, full of endless efforts and never tired. Because I am filial to my adoptive parents, I have achieved today's supreme bodhi, and I am also filial.
