How is sauerkraut made?

The practice of sauerkraut is as follows:

Preparation materials: one Chinese cabbage, appropriate amount of salt, and cold boiled water.

1. First, wash the prepared cabbage with clear water, drain the water, and cut it with a knife for later use.

2. After cutting, add the prepared salt, mix well with the cabbage and marinate for half an hour.

3. After half an hour, the cabbage comes out, and the cabbage and water are put into the prepared glass bottle, as shown below.

4. Then put a proper amount of cold boiled water in the glass bottle and seal it for 30 days.

After 5 or 30 days, open the lid and pour out, and the sauerkraut will be ready.
