This method is more difficult to train, because it is not easy to exert strength, and some tough guys have difficulty in exerting strength, but its advantage is that once you train successfully, the accuracy of exerting strength is very high.

Then some European countries wear leather gloves instead of finger wrenches to prevent finger injuries. Later, people derived other archery methods according to the Mediterranean archery method, such as double-fingered archery.

Therefore, the archery events of the current sports meeting are basically Mediterranean archery, mainly because of its high accuracy.
