What should I do if my child has a fever?
Drink plenty of water
Letting children drink more water can not only lower their body temperature, but also replenish the water lost due to overheating.
a change of scene
Put the child in a cool place with good ventilation, reduce clothes and quilts appropriately, and don't hold the child tightly in your arms, so as to avoid the heat in your body being difficult to dissipate.
Apply antipyretic patch
Apply antipyretics to the child's forehead and scrub the child's limbs with a wet towel to help reduce the fever.
Warm bath
The water temperature should be 2℃~3℃ lower than the child's body temperature. You can also drop a few drops of essential balm into warm water and let your child's body soak in water for 10~ 15 minutes. If conditions are limited, you can't bathe your child. You can scrub his body repeatedly with a warm wet towel, usually for 10~ 15 minutes.
