Seven steps of boiling cream

The first is the ingredients. Usually, the dosage of ointment is worked out through the empirical formula of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners, and then soaked. After mixing the prepared traditional Chinese medicines evenly, put them into a special container and soak them in cold water for about 12 hours to ensure that the effective components in the medicine are boiled out. Finally, decoct the medicine, that is, put the soaked traditional Chinese medicine ingredients into a large pot, first boil the liquid medicine with strong fire, then fry it with low fire, keep it slightly boiling, stir it in time when frying, remove the foam floating on the surface, prevent the liquid medicine from overflowing, cook it for about 2 hours, and filter out the liquid medicine. The residue is decocted in cold water, and the amount of water added for the second time is generally subject to the immersion of the medicinal materials. For example, decoct for three times, and then combine the liquid medicines. After precipitation, filter with four layers of gauze for three times to minimize impurities in the liquid medicine. Two hours later, experienced medicine workers put the decocted liquid medicine on a small fire for decoction, evaporation and concentration. At the same time, the liquid medicine is constantly stirred with special bamboo chopsticks to prevent coking and gradually form a sticky paste. Then add a proper amount of honey, crystal sugar or xylitol into the thick paste-like Chinese medicine, decoct with low fire, and stir and mix with chopsticks. This is what the cream made by the traditional ancient method for a hundred years has done.

When the cream is ready, store it in the refrigerator. It is generally recommended to take it in the morning and evening. For people with good gastrointestinal function, it can be taken after meals and before meals. It is recommended to take it before 8 pm.

If you eat too late, it will affect your sleep. You can eat it in the morning. People with plenty of time can take it at nine or ten o'clock in the morning and three or four o'clock in the afternoon. The ointment can be taken with warm boiled water or boiled water. Children can also feed a small bag of ointment several times. Some older children also like to take the cream out of the refrigerator, tear it open and take it away directly.
